An exciting and inspiring workshop looking at the creative science of light. Learn about the wonderful nature of light and the way colour exists through a series of guided experiments designed for scientific learning and aesthetic exploration. Experiments include:

• splitting white light into rainbow colours

• making white light from red, green and blue torches

• creating colour shadows with yellow, magenta and cyan light

• drawing with ultra-violet light

• bending light using lenses
